Q1: What does HuiYiXin do?
A1: We are an LCD Module manufacturer with 11 years of experience in OEM & ODM orders.

Q2: Can we customize the product? What cost will be included?
A2: Yes, the product can be customized, but TFT LCD module has different tooling costs, which includes FPC, Touch Screen, Backlight, Bezel, and so on.

Q3: Are products in stock? How long can you deliver?
A3: Our inventory mainly consists of raw materials, semi-finished, and a small amount of finished products. After payment, samples available in stock will be sent within 7 days;
small batch delivery takes about 2 weeks;
large batch delivery takes 5-6 weeks. Please kindly confirm with our salesperson.

Q4: What are the Payment Terms?
A4: Paypal, Credit Card, Trade assurance, and TT are all acceptable. Paypal can be accepted for samples, but Credit Card and T/T paid in advance for mass production. For samples and small batches should be 100% full payment;
if the large amount (more than 1000 pcs), we accept a 30% deposit by TT in advance, 70% balance done before shipment.

Q5: How to control the quality of products?
A5: Our company has a professional quality team-- 20 quality check people in our factory, and use the AIO Smart Inspector to scan the material before assembly, all products are 100% inspected before shipment.

Q6: How long is the warranty and service of the product?
A6: Generally, the warranty period is one year. It depends on different products. We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.

Q7: What is the minimum order quantity?
A7: Three methods: if with standard in-stock models, there are no MOQ requirements;
if with simple customized models, the MOQ is 1000 pcs;
if with ODM order, please kindly reconfirm with our team.

Q8: What is your delivery method?
A8: EXW Shenzhen by DHL/ UPS / FEDEX/TNT, or ship the goods to your HK forwarder.
